ONE PPF wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was born in the shop — from years of wrapping cars, fighting bad film, and knowing there had to be a better way.

Our Story

My journey into this industry started young, working with my pops and learning lessons that stayed with me long before I ever thought about building a brand. That is where I learned the value of hard work, pride in what you produce, and the kind of attention to detail that separates average work from something people truly respect.

Those early lessons carried with me into the automotive world and eventually into building VRD Customs. Through VRD, I gained years of real-world experience in installation, customer service, business ownership, and the constant pursuit of better results. That journey also opened the door to major industry exposure, including SEMA, and gave me a broader understanding of where the industry was headed — and where it was falling short.

The more experience I gained, the clearer one thing became: too many products in this space were not being built from the installer’s point of view. They were being marketed one way and experienced another.

That is where the vision for ONE PPF began. Over the course of four years, that vision turned into a serious development process focused on performance, consistency, install behavior, and the details that actually matter to professionals.

Today, ONE PPF represents the full evolution of my journey — from working young beside my father, to building VRD Customs, to industry growth through SEMA, to creating a product line designed to serve installers and businesses at a higher level.

This brand was built from lived experience. And this is only the beginning.

Yellowing and degradation that showed up way too early.

Companies that marketed to car owners but forgot about the installers doing the actual work.

Limited color options , the same 20 colors everyone else was offering.

Different adhesive behavior on every film type. Clear acted one way, color acted another.

Mark wasn't bitter about it. He just knew there was a gap , and he understood it better than anyone sitting behind a desk.

After years at SEMA and industry events, Mark connected with global manufacturing partners in the U.S. and Australia who shared his obsession with getting the details right.

What followed was 4+ years of intensive research and development , testing formulations, adhesives, top coats, color processes, and edge-sealing behavior under real-world conditions. Heat. UV. Humidity. Road debris. Nothing was simulated. Everything was validated.

Every decision was made through the lens of an installer: Will this lay flat? Will it conform to curves? Will it heal? Will the color hold? Can my team learn it in a day?

The result: ONE PPF , a complete film system with 100+ colors, 4 transparent tiers, and a single unified adhesive that behaves the same across every product.

ONE PPF is designed for the people who actually apply the film, not just the people who buy it.

Headquarters remain in Danbury, CT, with a new training and distribution facility opening in Sarasota, FL. Comprehensive installer training programs run year-round, with certification courses designed to make every technician who touches ONE PPF film more confident, more efficient, and more profitable.
