Claims & Warranty Process
How to submit and resolve warranty claims.
Important Notice
Do not remove, replace, or reinstall film before receiving written authorization from ONE PPF. Unauthorized replacements are not reimbursable and may void eligibility.
Initial Review
Submit the following information to begin your claim:
- •Customer name and contact information
- •Dealer / installer name
- •Product line and SKU (if available)
- •Date of installation
- •Vehicle year, make, model, and VIN
- •Description of the issue
- •Clear photos and/or video of the affected area
- •Batch or roll ID information (if available)
Verification
ONE PPF may request additional information to evaluate the claim:
- •Additional close-up photos or video
- •In-person inspection of the affected area
- •Proof of authorized installation
- •Confirmation of proper maintenance and care
Determination
ONE PPF will review all submitted evidence and determine whether the reported condition qualifies as a manufacturing defect. ONE PPF will also determine the scope of any replacement, if applicable.
Authorization
If the claim is approved, ONE PPF will issue written authorization with specific instructions for the replacement process. No film should be removed or replaced without this authorization.
Resolution
Replacement film will be provided for the affected areas only. Warranty periods do not reset upon replacement. Labor costs for removal and reinstallation are the responsibility of the installer or end customer.
Note: Shipping damage is not a product warranty issue. Shipping claims must follow the Shipping & Receiving Policy.
