Limited Product Warranty

1. Definitions

“Product” refers to ONE PPF paint protection film purchased through authorized channels. “Covered Defect” means a manufacturing defect as defined in Section 3. “Authorized Installer” means a professional installer who has purchased Product directly from ONE PPF or an authorized distributor. “Vehicle” means the automotive surface to which the Product has been applied.

2. Warranty Term

Warranty term begins on the date of installation.

3. What This Warranty Covers

• Film delamination attributable to manufacturing
• Abnormal cracking, peeling, or bubbling
• Premature yellowing (for applicable product lines)
• Other material failure determined to be a manufacturing defect

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Installation workmanship or installer error
• Damage from impact, abuse, or misuse
• Improper care, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning
• Stains from contaminants, solvents, fuels
• Improper storage or handling before installation
• Normal wear or expected aging
• Non-automotive surfaces (unless approved in writing)
• Unauthorized removal, reinstallation, or repair

5. Warranty Remedy

If a Covered Defect is confirmed, ONE PPF will provide replacement film for the affected areas at no charge for the Product itself. Labor costs for removal and reinstallation are not covered. Warranty periods do not reset upon replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ONE PPF is not liable for vehicle downtime, loss of use, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the affected Product.

7. How to Submit a Claim

Follow the ONE PPF Claim Process. Do not remove or replace film before receiving written authorization from ONE PPF.

8. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
