1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using onepaintprotection.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the website or purchase products from One Paint Protection Inc. (“ONE PPF,” “we,” “us”). These terms apply to all visitors, dealers, and registered users of the site.
2. Dealer Accounts
Registration is required to access dealer services, submit forms, or engage with ONE PPF. During registration, you must provide accurate business information including your legal business name, business license number, and contact details. ONE PPF reserves the right to verify all submitted information and to decline registration at our sole discretion. Account credentials are your responsibility , you are liable for all activity under your account. ONE PPF may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our dealer agreement, or any applicable policy without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Pricing
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Product pricing is visible only to registered dealers after login. Tier-based pricing is determined by monthly purchase volume as outlined in the ONE PPF Dealer Program. ONE PPF reserves the right to adjust pricing, product availability, and tier thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to registered dealers. Pricing errors do not obligate ONE PPF to fulfill orders at incorrect prices.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping & Receiving Policy. Risk of loss and title to products passes to the carrier upon shipment from our facility. All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Visible damage must be reported at delivery. Shortages and concealed damage must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to report within these timeframes may void any claim for damage or shortage. Product orders and fulfillment are managed through separate dealer channels. This website facilitates dealer registration, training enrollment, sample requests, and warranty activation.
5. Intellectual Property
The ONE PPF name, logo, product names (including HydroGloss, HydroSatin, HydroMatte, and all color names), and all associated branding are trademarks of One Paint Protection Inc. Registered dealers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use ONE PPF brand assets solely for the purpose of marketing and selling ONE PPF products in accordance with our Brand Guidelines. Unauthorized use, modification, or reproduction of any ONE PPF intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Product Warranty
Product warranty terms are governed by the separate ONE PPF Limited Product Warranty document. Warranty coverage is void if the product is improperly installed, improperly maintained, used outside of its intended specifications, or modified after installation. ONE PPF is not responsible for installation labor, vehicle damage, or any costs beyond the value of the replacement film material as specified in the warranty document.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE PPF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of our products or website. In no event shall ONE PPF’s total liability exceed the aggregate value of products purchased by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. By using this website, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
9. Changes to Terms
ONE PPF reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered dealers via email or account notification. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
